This Is A 6-Week Done-For-You Program with Premium Support that will enable you to set up your business and become a UAE Tax Resident In The Next 45 Days.
A hands-off approach for you where our team takes over the entire process. All you have to do is submit your documents and show up for the biometric and medical exam.

In Just 6-weeks, you will be a Dubai Business Owner and a Resident. Here's How...
Week 0
During this week, we will have a strategy-onboarding call with you to understand your business & personal goals. This call will help us determine the business structure and timelines that best suits your need. We will provide you with an overview of the entire process of moving to Dubai, including the required documents and fees.

Please note that the processes during Week 1 to Week 3 are completed in your home country, you will be travelling to Dubai in week 4 only after your official entry visa is issue.
Week 1
During this week, you will need to submit the required documents to initiate the registration process. After reviewing the documents, we will prepare and submit the free zone application on your behalf. Once the application is submitted, you will need to make the necessary payments to the free zone authority. After the payment is made, the FreeZone will prepare the official documents for e-signatures, which you will sign with DocuSign. We will keep you informed throughout the process.
Day 1 Initial Document Submission
This is the first step in the registration process. You will need to provide us with the necessary documents to initiate the registration process.
- We will send you a list of required documents and an information form.
- You will submit the documents to us for review
- We will review the documents and provide feedback
Day 3 Submitting the FreeZone Application
After reviewing your documents, we will prepare and submit the free zone application on your behalf.
- We will prepare the free zone application
- We will submit the application to the relevant FreeZone.
- We will keep you informed of the application status
Day 4 Making the Payments
Once the free zone application is submitted, you will need to make the necessary payments to the free zone authority.
- We will provide you with an invoice for the required fees
- You will receive a Payment link from the FreeZone Authority.
- You will make the payment directly to the free zone authority
Day 5 e-Signatures on Official Documents
After the payment is made, the FreeZone Authority will prepare the official documents for e-signatures.
- The FreeZone will send you the official documents for e-signatures
- You will e-sign the documents via DocuSign and confirm back to us.
Week 2
During this week, your company registration process will be completed. After e-signing the official documents, we will submit them to the free zone authority and receive your company documents once they are approved. We will provide you with the company documents. Then, we will obtain your company immigration card by applying for it and receiving it once it’s approved. This week, your company will be officially registered with the FreeZone Authority.
Day 11 Receiving Company Documents
After the official documents are e-signed, we will proceed with the registration process and obtain your company documents.
- FreeZone will complete the process and issue official documents for your company.
These documents will include digital copy of Trade License, Articles and Memorandum of Associate, Certificate of Formation and a Virtual Lease Agreement

At this point, your company is officially registered with the free zone authority.
Day 12 Company Immigration Card
After receiving your company documents, we will proceed with obtaining your company immigration card.
- We will apply for your company immigration card
- Once approved, we will receive your company immigration card.
At this stage, we will be legally authorized to issue official entry visas to you on behalf of your company.
Week 3
During Week 3, we will apply for your entry permit (e-visa) after your company is registered. We will prepare and submit the application and keep you informed of the application status. After the entry permit (e-visa) application is approved, we will receive your entry permit (e-visa) for travel to Dubai. We will provide you with a copy, which you will need to print and bring with you to Dubai.
Day 15 Entry Permit (e-Visa) Application
Now that your company is registered, we will proceed with applying for your entry permit (e-visa).
- We will prepare and submit the entry permit (e-visa) application
- We will keep you informed of the application status
Day 18 Receiving The e-Visa for Travel to Dubai
After the entry permit (e-visa) application is approved, we will receive your entry permit (e-visa) for travel to Dubai.
- We will receive your entry permit (e-visa) and provide you with a copy
- You will need to print the entry permit (e-visa) and bring it with you to Dubai
At this point, you are ready to travel to Dubai for the next steps in the registration process.
Week 4
During Week 4, you will need to book your flights and travel to the UAE for completing the remaining parts of the process. You need to ensure that you have followed all travel precautions and you are carrying all the necessary documents to enter the country.
Day 27 Flight To UAE
You will need to book your flight to the UAE and ensure that you have all the necessary documents to enter the country.
- Make sure to check the entry requirements for the UAE and any COVID-19 related travel regulations in place.
- You will need to carry all relevant documents with you during your travel, including your passport, printed copy of your e-visa, and other supporting documents.
- You will also need to follow all airline and airport guidelines and protocols.
At this point, you have your bags packed, hotels booked and you will ready to fly to Dubai to complete the remaining parts of the process.
Week 5
During Week 5, you will need to give a medical exam, and we will guide you on the requirements and schedule it on your behalf. We will also take care of the application process for your residence visa, ensuring that it is properly filled out and submitted on time. Additionally, we will schedule your biometric appointment and keep you informed of the progress throughout the process.
You will be required to visit with us to the medical centre to complete this step.
- We will schedule the medical exam and on the day of appointment, we will pick you up from the hotel and take you to the medical centre.
- During the entire process at the medical centre, we will be with you to guide you at every step and process all the documentation on your behalf.
- Upon completion of the medical exam, we will drop you back to the hotel.
- The results for the medical exam with come in the next 24hrs.
At this point, we are ready to apply for your 2 year residence visa.
Day 31 Residence Visa Application
We will prepare the application for your the residence visa and submit for approval once the medical exam results are received.
- The 2 Year-Renewable residence visa will be issued as E-version and readily available to download in the immigration app.
- The practice of Visa Stamping on passport has been discontinued so the PDF is the only version of Residence Visa You will receive.
Day 32 Biometric Appointment
You will be required to visit with us to the Biometric centre to complete this step.
- We will schedule the Biometric process and on the day of appointment, we will pick you up from the hotel and take you to the immigration centre.
- During the entire process at the immigration centre, we will be with you to guide you at every step and process all the documentation on your behalf.
- Upon completion of the biometric process, we will drop you back to the hotel.
This would be your second and last visit with us to a government department. Now you can enjoy the rest of your time exploring Dubai freely. Once this Biometric process is completed, we will apply the printing of your Emirates ID.
Week 6
During Week 6 of your journey, we will focus on obtaining your residence visa and Emirates ID. Once your residence visa is approved and Emirates ID is issued, we will receive it on your behalf and deliver it your Hotel.
- The residence visa will be approved and delivered to you as E-version and readily available in the ICP app.
- The practice of Visa Stamping on passport has been discontinued so the PDF is the only version of Residence Visa You will receive.
Day 40 Emirates ID Issuance
This will be your final step on the Journey of becoming a UAE resident.
- Your Emirates ID is the physical ID card issued to you as a proof of your UAE residency.
- Once the Emirates ID Card is issued, we will collect it on your behalf and deliver it to you in person.
You will now be able to use this emirates ID to rent an apartment, covert your driving license or enjoy all other rights and facilities available to a UAE resident including the freedom to enter and exit the country just by tapping your Emirates ID at the smart gates on the airport.
