Hong Kong operates a territorial tax system. Profits sourced entirely outside of Hong Kong are generally subject to a 0% tax rate. For profits sourced within HK, the first 2 million HKD is taxed at 8.25%, and anything above is taxed at 16.5%.
Do I need a physical office space in Hong Kong? +
No, you do not need to lease a physical office. You just need a Registered Office Address in Hong Kong to receive government mail and satisfy statutory requirements, which our packages provide.
Do I need a resident director? +
No, a Hong Kong limited company can be 100% foreign-owned and directed. However, you are legally required to appoint a local Company Secretary, which is fully included in our incorporation services.
